About ME

Yes, my full first name is Hana Lee (think Puff the Magic Dragon), but everyone calls me Hana.

I think a lot about how people work—what supports them, what gets in the way, and what helps them feel more like themselves. My background spans people and culture leadership, operations, community-building, systems design, and storytelling. But really, I help people and organizations build structures they can live well inside.

With 15+ years of experience across people operations, public speaking, brand-building, and behavior design, I help individuals and organizations create structures that support meaningful, sustainable, and values-aligned growth. I specialize in building systems that work the way real people work, especially those of us with nonlinear paths or neurodivergent wiring.

I’m not just a multi-hyphenate—I’m building an ecosystem. And at the core of everything I do is one mission:

Help people feel more connected, more capable, and more at home in their own lives.

SOMETHING YOU SHOULD KNOW

Most people I work with are juggling a lot: a growing business, a changing identity, a creative vision, a team, or simply the sense that something has to shift. They’re smart, capable, and often tired of trying to make systems work that weren’t built for how they think or live.

That’s where I come in.

I bring structure to complexity—whether that’s in your workflow, your company culture, your content strategy, your money, or your day-to-day life. I’ve worked across operations, HR, wellness, media, education, and community growth. The throughline? Making things feel possible again.

If you’re building something meaningful—and want support that’s strategic, steady, and deeply human—you’re in the right place.
