An ANFT-certified forest bathing guide, Hana has led transformative nature experiences that shift the way individuals and organizations relate to well-being, attention, and growth. Her work combines environmental connection, mindfulness-based facilitation, and program design to support personal and professional transformation. With a collaborative, trauma-informed approach, she creates grounded and powerful nature-based experiences for teams, communities, and events.

Hana served as a recurring forest bathing facilitator at both the LA Arboretum and the UC Berkeley Botanical Garden. After presenting at a health and wellness conference in Berkeley, she was personally invited by the Earth Guardians to bring forest bathing to Burning Man, where she guided nature-based experiences rooted in ecological awareness and embodied presence.

In addition to her facilitation work, Hana served as Editor-in-Chief of Forest Bathing International, the official publication of the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. There, she helped shape the global voice of the forest therapy community—curating thoughtful, sophisticated content and building a platform for shinrin-yoku and Earth-based wellness practitioners worldwide.

Her work has also been featured at The Battery SF’s signature conference, Sparked, and she has been highlighted in podcasts, cited in published articles, and profiled in a full-length feature in Oakland Magazine.

While she no longer hosts public walks, Hana is available for private sessions, consulting, and retreat integration.
