Frequently Asked Questions
Q: You do forest bathing, silent disco rentals, ADHD sleep tools... and more??
A: Yep. It’s a lot—and it’s all intentional. Everything offered is rooted in the same mission: helping people feel more connected, less overwhelmed, and more at home in their bodies, minds, and environments. Whether it’s through nature immersion, movement, or digital tools for ADHD—it’s all just different paths toward clarity and healing.
Q: How do I work with you?
A: It depends on what you’re looking for. Want to host a silent disco? Head to the rentals page. Interested in forest bathing or consulting? Visit the nature section. Need ADHD-friendly sleep support? Check out ADHD Sleep Systems. Still not sure? Just reach out—I’ll point you in the right direction.
Q: Are you one person or a small agency pretending to be a person?
A: It’s really just me. One person wearing a lot of hats—with experience across different fields and a very organized Notion dashboard. It might look like there’s a team behind the scenes, but it’s all powered by one neurodivergent brain, matcha, curiosity, and Google Calendar reminders.
Q: Can I book multiple services at once?
A: Absolutely. If it makes sense for your goals or event, I love weaving things together. A forest bathing session followed by a silent disco dance party? Sure—but we’ll plan it with intention so it flows. Same goes for blending wellness with systems, strategy, or sleep support. If you're curious about mixing modalities, let's talk—custom experiences are my favorite kind.
Q: Do you do custom collaborations or one-off projects?
A: I do! I’ve partnered with therapists, retreat leaders, HR teams, wellness brands, and creative collectives to build one-of-a-kind offerings. If you’ve got an idea and want to co-create something meaningful, weird, beautiful, or deeply grounded—send it my way. I’m especially into anything that blends nature, neuroscience, mindfulness, art, sound, movement, or community-building.
Q: What’s your background? Where’d you learn all this?
A: I actually started my career in libraries and earned a master’s degree in Library and Information Science. (Yes, I’m also a librarian. Because of course.) Organizing ideas, making knowledge accessible, and helping people find what they need has always been at the center of my work.
Since then, my path has taken a nonlinear route through executive leadership, wellness facilitation, and experience design. I’m certified by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, have over a decade of leadership experience, and have guided thousands of people through workshops, programs, and immersive gatherings. I’ve spoken and written widely on topics like mental health, creativity, money, and embodiment—and I’ve learned just as much from trying things, refining them, and staying curious as I have from any classroom.
My work is grounded, adaptive, and built for real life—not the idealized version of it.
Q: Are you available for speaking, consulting, or workshops?
A: Absolutely. I love designing talks, trainings, and interactive experiences that blend story, strategy, and embodiment—whether it’s for a corporate team, a retreat, a conference, or something more unconventional. Past collaborators include The Battery SF, Burning Man’s Earth Guardians, UC Berkeley Botanical Garden, LA Arboretum, and a wide range of values-driven companies. If you’re looking for a thoughtful speaker or facilitator, I’d love to hear more.
Q: Do you sleep?!
A: I’m getting better at it—thanks in part to my own ADHD Sleep Systems, some deeply researched wind-down routines, and a commitment to treating rest like it's non-negotiable. Like a lot of neurodivergent folks, I’ve had to learn how to rest on purpose. These days, naps are calendar-worthy and resetting counts as progress.
Q: No, but like… literally, how do you do it?
A: With a lot of intention—and a lot of support. I manage my ADHD with a personally-tested supplement stack, nervous system regulation practices, and by designing my work around how I actually function (not how I wish I did).
Some days that means deep focus and flow. Other days it looks like movement, rest, or a walk in the trees. I build structure around what’s sustainable and work cyclically—not constantly. No magic. No hustle. Just boundaries, biohacking, and knowing when to close the laptop.
Q: What if I don’t see what I’m looking for on this site?
A: Reach out anyway. I might offer it, know someone brilliant who does, or be open to building it with you. I stay open to projects that feel aligned, expansive, and human—and I love creating custom solutions that meet people exactly where they are.
