Hana is a founding team member and Operating Partner for Reading Rhythms. She plays a pivotal role in expanding the movement’s national footprint, guiding its growth with a rare blend of strategic insight and human-centered leadership. From building scalable systems that support new chapters, to mentoring Chapter Leads as they bring the experience to their own cities, her work ensures that every Reading Rhythms gathering—no matter the location—feels intentional, welcoming, and rooted in community.
In Los Angeles, she leads flagship events and pilots new formats that shape the future of the movement. Her influence extends beyond logistics; she’s helped cultivate a culture of care and connection that makes Reading Rhythms not just a series of events, but a deeply resonant experience that reminds people what it means to gather with purpose.
