Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all offerings provided by Hana Lee Goldin, including but not limited to digital products, workshops, events, custom experiences, and consulting services. The goal is to ensure fairness, protect the integrity of offerings, and maintain a high-quality experience for all involved.

1. Digital Products

All digital product sales (e.g., downloadable guides, toolkits, templates, and online courses) are final and non-refundable, due to the instant nature of delivery. If there is a technical issue with accessing or downloading a product, please reach out promptly and support will be provided.

2. In-Person & Virtual Events

Unless otherwise stated on the event registration page, event registrations are non-refundable. Ticket holders may request a transfer to a future event with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the event start time. Transfers are offered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.

If an event is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather, venue issues), all attendees will be offered a full refund, credit, or transfer to a future date.

3. Consulting & Custom Experiences

For custom sessions, consulting services, or private group experiences, a written agreement will outline the specific cancellation terms. In general, a 50% deposit is non-refundable and required to reserve the time. The remaining balance may be refunded if the cancellation is made with more than 7 days' notice.

Cancellations within 7 days of a scheduled service are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Refund Requests

If a refund is being requested due to extenuating circumstances, users are encouraged to email with context. While all policies are upheld, compassion and flexibility are part of the ethos. Requests will be reviewed thoughtfully and individually.
